1.1. These conditions are relating to all offers an all agreements between buyer (further refered to as 'you', and allcarmodels.com (registered under the name PAPANIKOS EMMANUEL at the Chamber of Commerce of Veria, Greece - further refered to as 'allcarmodels.com').

2. Offers and agreements
2.1. All offers in our webshop are valid until the mentioned end date, however they can be cancelled at any time at the discretion of allcarmodels.com. The offers are valid as long as stock lasts.
2.2. allcarmodels.com cannot be held to any offer in the case you, in all reasonability, could have understood that the offer was a mistake.
2.3. The administration of allcarmodels.com is, unless proven otherwise, the source of proof regarding agreements and payments and deliveries made by allcarmodels.com. allcarmodels.com acknowledges that electronic communication can serve as evidence. By accepting these conditions you acknowledge the same.
3. Pricing
3.1. All prices are quoted in euro and, for countries within the European Union, including 19% VAT.
3.2. All prices are quoted in euro and, for countries ouside the European Union, excluding VAT.
3.3. Many countries calculate import tax and other taxes/levies/duties on deliveries from another country. allcarmodels.com cannot be held responsible for any extra charges made for a delivery.
3.4. Prices mentioned in a currency other than euro are an estimation and no rights can be derived from this.
3.5. Charges are always made in euro.
3.6. After you agree with the conditions and complete an order, you will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, by e-mail. In case no order confirmation has been received you are requested to contact allcarmodels.com via the contact form.
3.7. allcarmodels.com has the right to alter the prices. Price changes are in effect from the moment of publication on the website and are not applicable on orders that were made prior to the price change.
3.8. allcarmodels.com can not be held responsible for type errors, incorrect pricing and other mistakes and reserves the right to reject orders based on said errors.
4. Payment
4.1. After an order has been placed, you will directly receive an order confirmation through e-mail. This order confirmation contains the full costs (including shipping costs).
4.2. The payment options are:
Creditcards: Direct and on-line via Mastercard, American Express or Visa. Online creditcard authorisation takes place. Your creditcard will be pre-authorised, but not yet charged. allcarmodels.com will charge your creditcard once the order has been shipped.
Banktransfer: Payment needs to be made within 7 business days after the orderdate. In case the payment has not been received within this timeframe, the order is cancelled. After payment has been received the order is being shipped on the next available business day.
Paypal: Payment needs to be made within 7 business days after the orderdate. In case the payment has not been received within this timeframe, the order is cancelled. After payment has been received the order is being shipped on the next available business day.
5. Shipping costs
5.1. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and are calculated during the checkout process. Shipping costs are shown prior to finishing an order and will be shown on the receipt once the order has been completed.
5.2. If an order exceeds 10 kilos, no shipping costs are shown during the checkout process. In this case we will send you a quote for the shipping costs and you have the option to cancel the order, or to accept the order with the quoted shipping costs.
6. Delivery
6.1. The delivery times vary per country/region. Within the EU they average 3-5 business days, other European countries 5-9 business days and the rest of the world 10-13 business days. These are estimates and no rights can be derived from this information.
6.2. Shipments are sent via ELTA (Hellenic Postal Services) and are sent as registered. In the country of delivery the national postal services are responsible for the delivery (such as USPS in the USA). You will have to sign to accept the delivery. In case the postman does not find you at home, usually you are requested to pick the parcel up from the nearest post office. If a delivery is not accepted, or picked up within a certain period of time (usually 2-3 weeks), the parcel is returned. In case you would still want to receive the delivery it will be sent after the additional costs for returning the parcel and the new shipping cost for resending have been paid.
6.3. allcarmodels.com is obligated by law to always include receipts with their shipments and to declare the value of the items as stated in the receipts. This follows the international laws regarding import/export of products.
6.4. In case a product is not in stock we will inform you about this by e-mail. You have the option to cancel the order, or to purchase other products for an equal order amount.
7. Force majeure and / or special circumstances
7.1. allcarmodels.com can not be held to any obligation to you in case of a circumstance that is beyond the control of allcarmodels.com.
7.2. Circumstances meant in 7.1 can be, but are not limited to, powerfailures, strikes, transport delays and delayed (or cancelled) deliveries from suppliers.
8. Risk
8.1. Deliveries are at your risk from the moment the delivery has left the stockhouse of allcarmodels.com.
8.2. At receipt of the delivery you should directly check the parcel for any damages. In case the parcel has clear outside indication that it is broken, you should not accept the delivery. allcarmodels.com should be informed within 24 hours after the delivery was refused with a detailed statement of the reason for refusal.
8.3. Returning shipments are always at your risk.
8.4. In case a delivery turns out to be damaged, after you have already accepted the delivery, you can return the item. Before returning an item you will have to contact the customer service department of allcarmodels.com via e-mail at: info at allcarmodels dot com. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. After the item has been received by allcarmodels.com you will be refunded for the item plus the shipping costs you paid for having the item sent to you. In case it is part of a shipment you will receive part of the shipping costs. The costs you made for the return shipment, with a maximum of the shippingcosts of the delivery, will be given as credit to your allcarmodels.com account. This credit is valid until 1 year after receipt of the return shipment.
8.5. After you have accepted the delivery you have 7 days to decide to cancel the order and return the item(s). You have to inform allcarmodels.com within those 7 days, via e-mail, that you wish to return the item(s). After confirmation from allcarmodels.com you can return the item(s) at your own cost. Within 14 days after allcarmodels.com has received the returned items you will be credited the value of the items, excluding the shipping cost.
8.6. allcarmodels.com reserves the right to refuse the return shipment or only return part of the value of the returned items in case allcarmodels.com suspects that the items have been used, damaged or have not been returned in their original state and packaging. allcarmodels.com also reserve the right to only return part of the value of the returned items if the items were returned after the 7 days stated in 8.5.
9. Responsibility
9.1. allcarmodels.com cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage after a delivery, for whichever reason, to you, or your belongings, to third parties, or their belongings. Especially allcarmodels.com cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of the shipped items.
9.2. allcarmodels.com cannot be held responsible for misunderstandings, damages, delays or other issues caused by the use of internet or any other way of communication between you and allcarmodels.com or allcarmodels.com and third parties, as far as that relates to the relationship between you and allcarmodels.com.
9.3 The products/services offered on the site of allcarmodels.com are shown as clear and thruthful as possible.
10. Privacy and security

11. Complaints
11.1. If you have a complaint you can contact allcarmodel.com via e-mail (see sub.14 Contact)
11.2. allcarmodels.com will reply to your complaint within 2 business days and settle your complaint within 30 days. In case this timeframe is not possible you will be notified of this.
12. Disputes
12.1. allcarmodels.com will always try to come to a satisfactory solution in case you are not satisfied with a product or service.
12.2. Greek law alone will govern all agreements between you and allcarmodels.com to which these terms apply.
12.3. Any and all disputes between you and allcarmodels.com that are related to and ensue from these terms concluded by the parties will be adjudicated by the competent court in Veria, Greece.
