The V12 LMR won the 1999 24 Hours of Le Mans against a competitive Toyota GT-One. This is the BMW LMR V12, the winner of the 1999 LeMans 24 hour race. It is co-designed by Williams Racings Patrick Head, he is also responsible for the Williams F1 cars. The BMW is powered by a 6 litre V12 engine
that produces around 600 bhp. Winkelhock/Martini/Dalmas BMW V12 LMR 366 laps (new record).
